ISKWEW Health is a humble fitness studio located on Treaty 6 territory Edmonton, Alberta. Our monthly fitness calendar consists of drop in zumba, yoga, pow wow practices & more! WE have registered Iskwew Bootcamp classes for all fitness levels. WE offer personal training sessions at an affordable price!

Michelle Nieviadomy is nehiyaw iskwew (cree woman) & she is a Wellness Advocate. She believes movement IS medicine & connection IS everything.
She inspires connection to body, mind, heart and spirit through the fitness classes, teachings and workshops that she offers.
